21. Hujan.. Oh Hujan...

Hujan itu rahmat dari Allah swt...




Pagi2 lagi aku dah excited bangun.. Lepas solat subuh tadi, aku terus siap2 nak gi brisk walk dgn mak aku.. Cadangnyer nak habeskan 3 round taman = 10 round padang bola.. Tapi baru habis 1 pusingan jer, dah hujan turun dgn lebat yg amat! huhuhu.. Punah harapan beta!! Mak cakap, jangan mengeluh.. Hujan tu rahmat Allah yang bagi.. Hmm.. Senyap terus aku.. hakhakhak.. Tak pasal2 kena ceramah dgn mak terchenta!! Padan muka ko NiNi.. =P


Oh, forgot to tell... Aku dah dapat dah CD JM Workout dari Einz.. Yes!! So, arini aku nak start ber-workout  dengan gumbiranya...  Yeaah!! Jangan ada sesape kaco aku.. Memang nak kena pang!! hehe..


Aku tempek sekali menu breakfast aku pagi ni.. Nanti untuk lunch & dinner aku update kemudian k.. FYI aku dah mula amik roti breakthrough.. but I'm still in Atkins.. Masih lagi amik carbs bawah 20gram.. Cuma nak ber-workout kena ada tenaga sikit kan.. Aku taknak nanti buat workout siket dah lembik macam jelly dah badan aku.. Terus workout lain takleh buat.. huhuhu..


[Breakfast]
- H20 500 ml = 0 g carbs
- Roti breakthrough 1 keping = 7.4 g carbs
- Butter 1 tbsp = 0.3 g carbs
- Lettuce Cameron = 0.3 g carbs
- Mayonis = 0.5 g carbs

[Lunch]
- H20 250 ml = 0 g carbs
- Sayur Pucuk Keledek 1 bowl = 0.5 g carbs
- Ceaser Salad 1 bowl = 3 g
- Sambal ikan bilis 5 sudu = 0.5 g carbs

[Tea Time]
- Hotdog 2 rolls =  3 g carbs
- Ceaser Salad  1 cup = 0.5 g carbs

[Dinner]
- Taugeh + Onion + Telur 1 biji + pepper - buat sup 1 bowl = 3 g carbs
- H20 1 Liter = 0 g carbs


 TOTAL CARBS = 19 grams carbs.. Hoyeh hoyeh!!
